In August 2021, the Prince of Cilician Armenia and Grand Master of the Order of Saint Blaise, HRH Prince Louis de Lusignan, appointed H.E. Katakyie Robert S.K. Kakalia KPSB as Knight Prior of the Order of Saint Blaise of Oceania to promote the virtuous endeavors of the order. The primary mission is to raise funds to provide scholarships for a qualifying student(s) from Oceania selected by the Knight Prior to attend the John A. Burns School of Medicine.
