In August 2020, the Tufohene of the Royal House of Sefwi Obeng-Mim and Grand Master of the Dynastic Royal Order of the Golden Fire Dog, HM Oheneba Nana Kwame Obeng II, appointed H.E. Katakyie Robert S.K. Kakalia GCFD as Asafohene (Grand Prior) of Oceania to further the noble efforts of the order. The primary mission is to raise funds to provide scholarships for a qualifying student Visa-eligible Ghanaian selected by the Grand Master to attend the John A. Burns School of Medicine.
