In October 2020, the Grand Master of the Orthodox Order of Saint Anna, Count Andrew R. Mospak, appointed H.E. Robert S.K. Kakalia KCStA as Knight Commander of the Orthodox Order of Saint Anna of the Commandery of Hawaii to advance the noble efforts of the order. The primary mission is to raise funds to provide scholarships for a qualifying student(s) from Hawaii, selected by the Knight Commander, to attend the John A. Burns School of Medicine.
